My name is Tara Jones, and I was raised in Oolitic, Indiana. I have always
loved photography and putting together shoots, and now I enjoy running a small yet successful photography business. For
many years I worked under my own name, and I have photographed almost anything you can think of: weddings, portraits,
pets, portfolios, photo-booth events (such as Trick or Treat 2010), underwater photography, fashion and online promotions,
events such as practice house burns with fire departments, fundraisers, memorial events, Little 500 '08, Horror Fest '08,
Ozzfest '03 and countless local live performances. When I moved into the Old Jail Art Center in October 2010, I began
using the business name GuerrillaShots, and you can find out more about what's going on with that on my website, www.guerrillashots.com.
Stay updated with current information about promotions and opportunities, as well as a price list and a calendar where
you can schedule your own appointments with my availability. I keep a blog as well as a special tab to keep other artists
and art lovers informed as to what is happening with Exposure Arts, a new network I kicked off in June 2010. Through
Exposure Arts, I have put on events and well-planned projects, brought high school photographers into the studio to work on
projects/assignments of their own, and I even have the main credit title in a film production for casting, project managing,
and assistant director. 2011 will be a fabulous year, and I think my space at the Old Jail has come at a critical point
in my creative career. The support I have from the community and my followers is amazing...
