| Linda Mullen, the founder of Captain's Stitches |
Captain's Stitches is a group that was organized by Linda Mullen and her daughters.
From September through February, the group knits, crochets and sews items for the homeless people of Lawrence County
and the surrounding area. From March through August the focus of the organization shifts to help meet the needs of babies
and children in orphanages and crisis centers. Captain's Stitches meets the first Monday of every month from 1 to
